Issey Miyake L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme was created in 1994. It is a woody aquatic fragrance with yuzu as in top notes, along with notes of bergamot, lemon and tarragon. A middle note is spicy and woody: nutmeg and water lily are an exciting and unexpected accord in this composition. An end note carries an intense woody scent which is sharp and enriched with tobacco,sandalwood, cedar, vetiver and musk.

Issey Miyake is a Japanese fashion designer. He is known for his technology-driven clothing designs, exhibitions and fragrances, such as L’eau d’Issey, which became his most well-known product.
Issey Miyake Parfums launched its first fragrance, L’EAU D’ISSEY, in 1992. “L’eau” is French for “water”, and water itself was the inspiration for L’EAU D’ISSEY.
